One QR code for all your social media links

Printing a separate QR code for Instagram, another for TikTok and another for WhatsApp wastes space and splits your data. One code that opens a branded page with every link solves both: guests tap whichever platform they already use, and you get a single report showing which one they actually chose.

Why one code beats several

  • One sticker to design, print and replace instead of four.
  • Guests choose the platform they already use, so nobody is sent to an app they lack.
  • Add or remove a platform later without touching anything already printed.
  • All scans land in one report, so the comparison between platforms is honest.
  • The landing page carries your branding, which a raw profile link never does.

Six steps to set it up

  1. Step 01

List the accounts you actually maintain

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, X, Snapchat, your Google review link and your website. Leave out anything you have not posted to in six months — a dead link costs you more trust than a missing one.

  2. Step 02

Order them by what you want tapped

The first two links get most of the taps. Put your strongest platform first, then the action you actually want (WhatsApp orders, or your Google review link) second.

  3. Step 03

Generate one code for all of them

Instead of a separate code per platform, generate a single code that opens a branded page listing every link. In Grizfy this is the "All my socials" QR type, and it pre-fills from the social handles already on your restaurant profile.

  4. Step 04

    Brand the landing page

Your logo, your colours, your restaurant name. A generic link page looks like spam; a branded one looks like you.

  5. Step 05

Print it where people are already looking

Table tents, the back of the receipt, takeaway boxes, delivery bags, the window, and the last slide of every printed flyer.

  6. Step 06

    Watch which platform gets tapped

The value of a single code is the data behind it: how many scans, on which devices, and which platform each guest chose. Stop posting where nobody taps.

Printing rules

  • Print at least 3 × 3 cm; larger for windows and posters.
  • Dark code on a light background, never the reverse.
  • Leave a clear empty margin around the code so cameras can lock on.
  • Say what the scan does — “Follow us” converts better than a bare square.
  • Test on an iPhone and an Android before the print run.

Frequently asked questions

Can one QR code link to all my social media accounts?

Yes. The code points at a single landing page that lists every account, and the guest taps whichever one they use. This is better than one code per platform, because you only print one code and you keep every scan in one report.

Is a social media QR code free?

Generating a raw code is free, but the page it opens has to be hosted, branded and measurable to be worth printing. Grizfy includes branded social hub codes with scan analytics in every plan, starting at $29 per month with a 7-day free trial.

Can I change the links later without reprinting the code?

Yes, as long as the code is dynamic — it points at a page you control rather than encoding the links directly. Add TikTok next month and the same printed sticker picks it up.

Where should a restaurant put its social media QR code?

The three placements that earn most: the receipt or bill folder, takeaway and delivery packaging, and the window where people passing after closing can scan. Table tents work too, but they compete with your menu code.

Can I see which social platform people tap?

With a hosted social hub page, yes — each tap is logged, along with the scan's device type and time. That tells you where your audience actually lives, instead of guessing from follower counts.
