Grizfy is operated by Mohamed Ahmed Abdi, trading as Grizfy. We want you to be happy with the platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free trial

Every new account includes a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends from your billing page.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
• email us at admin@notify.grizfy.com and we will help you arrange it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show the credit.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your Grizfy account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewals

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will work with you and Paddle on a fair resolution.
